 I wonder how and why Nigerians deserve the type of people governing them.

Ogun State governor pays workers of Tai Solarin College of Education 70% of their salaries monthly. He has not paid the September salaries, and the state government owes these workers 60 months of arrears.

Here is the same governor giving Laycon N5m and a 3-bedroom flat for winning BB Naija on top of the N30M. He also appointed him as a member of the state executive council. Maybe that comes with an official car and salaries for attending the meetings.

Did the State House of Assembly appropriate the N5m or did it come from the governor’s pocket?

 I’m sure some of the TASCE workers have been rendered homeless due to non-payment of salaries, he didn’t consider giving them flats.

 These people did not commit any crime except that they are employees of the first higher institution in Ogun state. They are also unfortunate to have had three insensitive and irresponsible governors who do not have value for knowledge and respect for human life.

 Gbenga Daniel started this whole mess, and the man with the cat in the hat (Ibikunle Amosun) doubled the chaos. His successor like Rehoboam is now chastising these innocent civil servants with a scorpion.

These workers are victims of bad governance, victims of people who ordinarily shouldn’t be in the position of authority if we live in a sane world.

 Ogun State, the home state of Obafemi Awolowo, Wole Soyinka, Tai Solarin, Bisi Onabanjo, Funmilayo Ransome Kuti is bedevilled by clueless, cruel and callous leaders.

 This Ogun state has failed to be a gateway to Nigeria. It has.
